I'm not sure why suddenly the distance between hub and shade is an issue, but moving the hub from the wall to my desk, which is literally one foot, solves the communication problem. Interestingly, this blind has been working flawlessly for over a year. Hopefully that will solve all issues I've been seeing. Meanwhile, I've got a plug in wall dimmer on order as it can act as a repeater. I'm glad I didn't need to reset the blind entirely again, add it again, take it down, etc. Upon adding it back into the app (I had to move closer to the hub to do this), it works again. In my case, I deleted the remote itself, then added it back in. So I went to use the remote, and that wasn't working, either. This is where I find it gets more confusing. I also setup a spare Pico remote, but it still wouldn’t adjust the shade. I changed the pico remote to control the Lutron light switch for the room, and no issue. I paired the pico remote, but nothing happens with the shade. but I factory reset it, and got it to connect to the Lutron and APple Home app. The second however I messed up the initial setup process, and may have over extended it when trying to set the lower limit.
